Cancel

We accept order cancellations before shipment or production. If you cancel, you will receive a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Returns (if used)

We accept returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days after receiving the goods. Prerequisites for returns are that the item is unused and in original condition. It must be in the original packaging. We require proof of purchase to return items. Please do not return your goods to the manufacturer. Shipping costs (including returns) are only charged once. There is no restocking fee for returned products.

Refund (if used)

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive receipt confirmation via email. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days. If the product has been shipped and the customer wants a refund, a 30% refund fee will be charged!

Late or lost refunds (if used)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially issued. Then contact your bank. Refunds usually take some processing time. If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
